It\u2019s a great time of year to get out on the trails, track, or roads.&nbsp;It doesn\u2019t have to be a marathon \u2013 you can sign up for a 3 km walk or 10 km run. You\u2019ll be more likely to stick with your fitness plan, when you participate in an organized event. It will help you set and meet goals&nbsp;Knee health\u00a0is directly effected by the amount of extra weight we carry. Getting involved in organized exercise events will greatly help your ability to make the right lifestyle decisions that contribute to a lifetime of joint health.&nbsp;What are you waiting for?
